This stone is truly stunning, the colors just glow. Excellent play of red and blue colors. This opal came from the Cookoran opal fields, near Lightning Ridge. This is a nobby opal, not seam! (better quality) It's a gorgeous piece, amazingly bright, 5 out of 5 in brightness!!! It faces beautifully from all directions. N2-N3 black in body tone! It looks more beautiful than on these photos! Would make a beautiful ring! (There's a small sand/inclusion on one side of the opal, see the last photo! It won't show when the opal is set!
